| A word from Elsabé... For many years I have had the sigh in my heart to be able to help the poor and needy – especially widows and orphans, but it was only wishful thinking until God started to quicken it to my spirit to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! For many of us our heart’s desires only remain dreams until we ask the Lord to give us strategy to accomplish it. While I was in worship one day, praying about the needs in Kenya, the Lord quickened it to my heart that it is His desire for me to simply step out in faith, start a mission fund and trust Him to supply for those in need through those that He speaks to. We can all take hands in supporting ministries that are already established, ministering to the hungry and needy and bringing them the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is what I like to call 'body works', where the body of Christ is His hand of love to the needy and afflicted. The desire He has put in my heart, has progressed from VISION to MANIFESTATION by the Word of the Lord to my heart and, as you read this you could participate in helping the poor, the fatherless and widows as HOLY SPIRIT QUICKENS IT TO YOUR HEART. This mandate of mercy is to see individuals, ministries, corporations and churches mobilized to take part in a course of action that will impact the destiny of those who cannot help themselves. |
