The Nature of the Kingdom people
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” – Matt.5:8.
Asking the Lord that the River of life will flush out everything that is not of Him, that my heart can be pure in order to have face-to-face encounters.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” – Ps.51:10 (KJV)
PURIFY ME, LORD AND SANCTIFY ME – that all my senses be extended to You to receive what you have for me so that Your glory can fill me and overflow into my surroundings.
Living a life style of repentance and forgiveness and worship.
To be pure in heart signifies that we be single in purpose to do God’s will for God’s glory alone.
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father through Him.” – Col.3:17 (KJV)
The good ground where the seed of the Living Word (Christ) grows, is our heart.
We have to become so sensitive to the Holy Spirit that our every thought, word and heart attitude be under His guidance and saturated in His presence, bringing him glory.
” Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16 (KJV)
If ever we step out of the flow of the life-giving river in any of these areas, let us be quick to repent, forgive others if needed and then worship in order to not grieve the Holy Spirit. Sin defiles us, but the precious blood of Jesus washes us and cleanses us from all unrighteousness.
2 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV)
“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.”
