God is enthroned in our Praises

I like to just worship and linger in the Presence of the Lord, adoring Him, magnifying Him and enjoying His Presence.  This is the time for revelation to flow.

This morning as I was worshiping, and as I just meditated on the heavenly scenes as portrayed in Revelation 1, He was there suddenly and took my face between His hands, turning my head so that I looked Him in the face and He said, “I want your eyes”.   I realized that my full attention was not on Him personally.  It is in the seeking of His face that He is well-pleased.  It is about beholding Him in whatever way He wants to show Himself to us.

As I LOOKED, He was regally robed in pure gold, crowned with a royal crown and He went to take His seat on the throne in royal splendor.

God is enthroned in the praises of His people (Ps.22:3).  This is not just to sit there, but the throne signifies His Reign and Rulership and also the place of judgment and decree.

When we worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, we “bow” before Him as King and Lord of our lives and we bring everything in subjection to His rule, submitting to His right to bring change and adjustment in my life and everything that pertains to me.  This is where His judgment comes on all that is flesh and everything is brought in alignment with His will and His righteousness.  Transformation takes place in us as we behold Him, looking into His glory (2 Cor.3:18) and we are changed from one degree of glory to the next until we look like Him, think like Him, speak only His Word, act like Him and be like Him.

This is what it means to “First seek ye the Kingdom of God and His righteousness………” Matt.6:33

Righteousness and judgment are the foundation of His throne.  Because of His love we never need to be afraid of His judgments, but we should rather welcome it in order to walk in His glory. Righteousness is established upon our lives through His righteous judgment.

“The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.” (Ps. 19:9-10)

Positionally speaking we are the righteousness of God, but few walk in the fullness of the benefits thereof because they do not want to submit to His righteous judgment on sin and their unrighteous ways.  God establishes His righteousness upon our lives as solid substance as we look into His glory, beholding His perfection and allowing Him to bring change and

transformation in us by the Holy Spirit.

When God’s throne is truly established in our hearts, everything that pertains to the Kingdom of heaven is attracted to that throne.  Full provision for all your needs is promised in “all else”.
