Walking under an open Heaven

When you walk in transparency in His light and love, setting your mind on things above, your spirit becomes an open receptacle for downloads from heaven. So, the more you desire to KNOW HIM, worshiping Him with your life, the more He will reveal Himself to you.

Remember, what you focus on, you attract! Therefore, focus on His glory!

Being easily yielded to changes in habits

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 7:07 pm by

Habits are changed through consistent discipline and concentration – like driving on the right hand side of the road suddenly, having your flicker on the right hand instead of the left hand side of the steering wheel. New ways have to be practiced by constant discipline until the new way becomes the habit.

The same consistent discipline needs to be applied to change our thinking habits – thinking on the right hand side of the brain (“Creative Wisdom side”) instead of analytical left hand side (reasoning, logical side) of the brain. This will work out in new ways of DOING.

When we tap into the Spirit, is doesn’t make sense in the natural and seems foolish to the world, “but God uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty” (1 Cor. 1:27);
24 “But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.”

To be easily yielded, is one of the attributes of Wisdom. This means that we will not be stubborn to stick to our own way of thinking and mental reasoning, but easily yield to the instruction of the Spirit – to do what pleases Him – in a disciplined way – consistently!
Every time our old mindset, habits, ways of doing have to be disciplined to align with the newness of the Spirit’s instructions – until our mind is disciplined in His ways and it becomes my way of living – always yielded to the Spirit in other words “crucified with Christ”.

So let’s take stock of little (and big) negative habits and align them with discipline to the plumb line of righteousness. DECLARE your change on a daily basis until it becomes your new habit (by the Spirit). No slothfulness allowed in any area anymore! Glory to God for His grace!

God with us!

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 6:25 pm by

This Scripture has really been speaking to me:

Acts 10:38 “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him.”

We have the same Holy Ghost, and being baptized in the Holy Spirit, we also are empowered from above to do the same as Jesus did: “doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil”; for God is with us!

These last five words are so powerful! We are to do the same as Jesus did, and also the greater works! So, everywhere we go on our daily walk through life, the same wonderful things should happen all the time – IF we simply become consecrated, surrendered vessels for the Holy Spirit to work through! So the testimonies will ring into heaven, resounding the glory of the Lord – AS WE WALK WITH GOD in childlike faith! Hallelujah! And thank you Lord for our inheritance in Christ!

Speaking in the sight of God

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 3:20 am by

Wow! Do we truly realize that every word we speak should be “as of God” in God’s sight – as we find ourselves hidden IN CHRIST!
His Word alone carries the power to create life! How careful and circumspect should we walk “in His sight” – under His eye and while He is listening to our every word and knowing the motive and intent of everything behind it. Is it to the praise of His glory?

II Cor. 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

Union with Christ

The fruit of the Spirit cannot be faked, because it comes forth from our union with Christ – just like the fruit on the branch is directly traceable to the root. When we have died and have been raised up together with Christ, we have stepped into oneness with Him – dwelling in heavenly places. There is no place for the flesh in the abiding Presence of the Lord. Glory to God!

The Word of His Power determines my destiny!

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 8:17 pm by

I am determined to only carry the sound of Truth, which directs us into God’s glory. Are we empowered with the Holy Spirit and the Word of Truth for every occasion and situation? He said, “Ye will know the truth and the truth will make you free”.
This doesn’t leave room for doubt, fear or unbelief, so these element are undoubtedly eliminated when we hold steadfastly on to the Word of truth.

As we mediate on the Word, day and night, and especially on the Prophetic Words that were released into our lives to fulfill our destiny in Christ, it will become part of our thinking. What we think, we are and will come forth in our speech, experienced in our emotions and be manifested in deed. Therefore, carrying the creative sound of His Word in our hearts and mouths and declaring it into the airways, will put the angels in action on our behalf to bring His Word into manifestation and before long we will actually walk out His will for our lives for His glory, prosper and have good success – even bringing good health! Hallelujah!

The Word of Truth brings light to light up my path where I have blind spots. It has a clear ring, bringing clarity and direction.

God’s Word is so powerful that it upholds the universe! Therefore, let us stay in Listening mode, framing our world with the Word of His power in prophetic declaration and witness the experience of it practically, as His Word will not return to Him void, but fulfill that which He sent it for. Hallelujah!
So, if we are in agreement with His will in His Word over our lives, let’s be conduits of that sound of Truth with full assurance of faith and eat the fruit thereof!

In other words: By faith, come in agreement with what He says about you and those around you: whom we are IN CHRIST, our gifts and calling, our purpose and destiny. Absorb it into your heart, soul, mind and spirit. Now, by faith, step into the reality of it. Then let the Holy Spirit work it in you and through you for God’s glory under shouts of “Grace, grace”! GLORY TO GOD! This is the glory zone of our true identity IN HIM!

Heavenly perspective and authority

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 10:45 am by

After Jesus had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, He sat down on the right hand of God and then made us to sit together with Him in heavenly places. What a place of rest in ascension, but also of authority IN HIM! And what a vantage point – having His perspective on the things happening here on earth and seeing what He has planned for us in heaven, calling it to manifest here on earth! The question is, “Do I see as Jesus sees people and situations?” Let us ask the Father of glory for the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to give us enlightened eyes of our understanding to know the heart of Christ in every situation! Then live in the Wisdom of every Word that goes out of the mouth of the Father – applying it here on earth and seeing it come alive.
