How determined are we for higher realms of the glory?

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 10:09 pm by

I noticed Jesus didn’t reveal His mysteries to the crowd in the outer court, but to His disciples. True disciples have laid down their lives on the cross. Consider: Am I dead to sin, dead to the world and dead to SELF? If there is something that can still move me, the “I” is still very much alive.

It is amazing that we are so eager to always hear something new from the Lord, while we are so slow to absorb what He says in meditation and to walk it out in the doing.

I have made a study of the word “meditate” and this is what came up:

Jos.1:8: “meditate (in His law) therein day and night”,
(1897 hagah daw-gaw’ : to murmur, to ponder, imagine, meditate, mutter, roar, speak, study, talk, utter.
8 “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”

Psalm 1: 1-3
1 “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of THE LORD; and in his law doth he meditate (Strong’s 1897-as above) day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

I Tim 4:15:
3191 meletao mel-et-ah’-o: to take care of, i.e. (by implication) revolve in the mind:–imagine, (pre-)meditate.
12 “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”

CONCLUSION: The measure of thought and study we give to the Word we hear, is the measure in which we are going to PROSPER – IF WE DO IT and not be forgetful hearers.

When God puts His finger on something in your life, the sooner we get the message and apply ourselves to it, the sooner we are going to experience the blessing of it.

Do the same with Prophetic words, visions and prophetic dreams! His Word then becomes alive in your mind and you can begin to “SEE” it, then DECLARE it and will soon walk in it! Glory to God!

Oh yes, one more thing: When you meditate on the Word DAY & NIGHT there is no room left for negative thoughts.

From the unseen to the seen

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 12:57 am by

The secrets for living victoriously in this realm are to be unlocked from the unseen.

Do not pray from your own limited understanding. Pray in the Spirit until you connect by the Spirit to the unseen realm. Then prophesy what you hear and see there in the glory into this realm and you will see the manifestation of it, having His will as it is in heaven established here and not your own.

Let us not make the blunder of declaring things which God never said, putting our hopes on our own ideas. His future for us is so glorious – far beyond what we can pray or think, we just have to call it forth from heaven into this realm and rejoice in His magnificent plan for our lives. Hallelujah!

So let’s review the true unadulterated prophetic Word that we received from the Lord, align ourselves with it, call it forth and watch Him bring it to pass for His glory.

Healing of the Soul

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 11:33 pm by

“Deny the I
Let it die

Get over yourself
And be hidden in Me”

Let Him heal your soul wounds with His light (after repentance and forgiveness), then let Him wash over your soul with His living water (over-writing the previously damaged areas with His Word, then let His precious, holy blood cleanse your from all dead works to serve the living God.)

DO NOT LOOK BACK – EVER AGAIN! You cannot take old issues into your new season.

Now REJOICE in His Glory and grace, being empowered by the Holy Spirit! From glory to glory!

Seated in His rest

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 1:19 am by

Today the Lord showed me something interesting: We cannot take our place, seated together with Christ in heavenly places when we have not entered His rest, resting in His Covenant and resting from our works.

When we are still busy doing the “works” which He has not pre-ordained for us to walk in, we are walking in the pride of self-power.

Matt.11: 28-30 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Heb. 4:10-11: “For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”

O yes, and on top of that you can contract “burn-out” and stopped ears…..

Webster’s: An act of concentrating interest or activity on something.

There is an intensified assignment of the enemy to steal our focus on the Lord with distractions,
so let’s intensify our worship, make sure that your focus stays on Jesus and do not allow
distractions to pull you off. See for how long you can fix your mind on Him without
losing focus.

When you find that your mind has wandered off, simply bring it back into focus on Him and
remember that wherever your eyes go, your mind and emotions will follow.

Then focus on LISTENING to what He has to say to you, write it down and meditate on it,
pray in tongues over it and interact with repentance, declaration or whatever is needed.

Is. 26:3 “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee : because he trusteth in thee.”
Ps. 123: “1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon THE LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.”

Acts 2: 25 “For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope”.

O yes, and remember to focus and keep record every day of what He is doing in your life right now.

We are busy being fine-tuned! Halleluyah!

Counting the Omer

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 11:33 pm by

We are in the time of the counting of the Omer, the 50 days between Passover and Pentecost. When we look at the Bible, this is the time of Passover from death to resurrection life to ascenscion. During the first 40 days after Passover, Jesus revealed Himself to His disciples on various occasions in His Resurrected body, expounding the Scriptures from Moses, the Psalms and the Prophets concerning Himself. Then He commissioned them to go and establish the Kingdom of God with His authority and the empowering of the Holy Spirit.

It is a time now to position ourselves for fresh encounters with the Lord of glory, fresh revelation, just like the men on the way to Emmaus (Luke 24:27-31). (Have you noticed how fresh revelation comes by the Holy Spirit when 2 or 3 are gathered in His name, sharing the Word – because there He is in our midst.)7

v. 27: “And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.”

Let us study the scriptures and ask our Father for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to enlighten the eyes of our understanding about the things concerning the Christ. v 29: “But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.”

When we experience His Presence in revelation of the Scriptures, let us constrain Him to abide – so that we can live in that ongoing revelation of who He is, asking Him to increase our hunger for Him and for righteousness.

v 30-31: “And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.”

Then, let us take communion as often as possible, together with others (or alone), then share with one another and let Him bless us in breaking the bread of revelation to us so that we may know Him.

32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

My prayer for each one of you is that you will be TRANSFORMED, set ON FIRE and RUN with FRESH REVELATION of who HE IS after this time of separation.

“Come away, My Beloved, come away!”

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 11:23 pm by

This is a time to really separate ourselves as much as possible to come into a deeper place in the Spirit. Deep is calling unto deep and the sound of the waterfalls of revelation is heard in the spirit. Let us trust the Lord for a fresh baptism in the Spirit, fresh oil and a deeper level of intimacy with Him. This means more time in prayer, worship and the Word – separated from anything that can distract our focus from our Beloved.

Redeem the time – even it this means that you will sleep less to pray more and spend more time in His Presence. Consider a fast and simply do everything in your power to pursue Him more intensely than ever. He is so glorious and there is a intense and urgent call of the Spirit to “Come away, My beloved, come away!”

I will not be available now – for as long as it pleases Him! So, in the meantime –

Shalom to you all!

The battle between darkness and light is fought with words

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 12:05 am by

The contention between darkness and light started in the beginning with, “Did God say?”
If the devil can sow doubt about God’s Word in our hearts, the slide into deception has begun. He still fights with words that he propels into our thoughts, or he uses other people who are in the flesh to plant seeds of doubt, fear, confusion, bitterness, word curses —and the list goes on to break us down if we let him.

The question is, “What does the Logos (written Word) say?” And what has God said to me as Rhema (revelation) – which will always line up with the Logos. The Word of God is truth and it brings light and when we start declaring it, it dispels darkness and everything comes into alignment. The Word is also a fire and like a hammer that breaks a rock. And then it is like water that washes over our souls. It is the plumb line of God to build us in uprightness and keeps us in alignment with His will and purposes. Jesus Himself is the Living, creative Word and as we abide in Him, in His Love and in His Word, we stay in the perfect will of God where the river of life flows in righteousness, peace and joy in His Kingdom!

Jesus resisted the devil in the wilderness with the sword of the Spirit, by “It is written”, and when the devil tempted Him with the Word itself, He said, “It is also written”. If we do not know the Word, we are at a loss for words and cannot resist the fiery darts of the devil. If we know the Word and do not act it out, the devil simply gets the upper hand and we lose dominion and authority. When we submit to the Word of God, we can resist the devil and he will flee from us. When we compromise out of fear, the devil laughs us to scorn.

Remember is the devil “has something in you” – in other words an unresolved issue or an emotional hurt that wasn’t healed, he will trigger his attack at your “soft spot” where you are vulnerable and get entry in that area to defeat you and reign in that area. If the Holy Spirit shows you a “soft spot”, do not ignore it or fear to deal with it. Simply bring it into the light so that you can get healed and get victory over it by the truth of His Word and the power of the Holy Spirit.

My prayer is that every one of us will increase in the knowledge of Christ through the Word. Jesus said “man shall not live from bread alone, but from every Word that comes from the Father’s mouth”. May we all be stirred with a fresh hunger for the Word so that we build the substance of faith in our inner man to stand against all the wiles of the enemy and be overcomers through the word of our testimony! Hallelujah!
Ps. 119: 130 “The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.”
(Ps. 119:105) “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”

It will do us all good to read and meditate on the benefits of the Word, His commandments, His precepts, His statutes, His law, His testimonies, and His judgments in Ps.119.

Healing for your soul

Posted in Elsabe's Blog at 4:23 pm by

I had worship music on during the night and while I was sleeping, I distinctly heard in some song: “ Let Living water wash over your soul.” I saw the Lord washing someone’s soul with the living water, which is the Spirit and the Word; then the Lord showed me two more people who were struggling with emotional issues, and I realized that they needed Light to flood those areas where there was darkness.

When I woke up, I had a revelation of the Provision in Christ Jesus as the Word and the Light to heal our emotions and our physical bodies of trauma related to negative “plantings” of the past, which are still stuck in the memory. Even if you have forgiven the people involved in past traumas, you might not be healed of the emotional trauma. This will be like “hooks” in your soul, which I call “dark patches”. The enemy has legal right in any area where you allow darkness to reign – even if it is only by recaling negative memories.

Because of this “negative writing” on the tablets of your subconscious and deep unconscious mind, you will subconsciously EXPECT or FEAR repetitions of past negative experiences in the NOW.

Many people find it hard to get victory in their thought life because those areas have not been healed. When I got the revelation of Jesus, our Healer, by the Light and the Word I realized that we can simply invite him to shine His Light into these “dark patches” and heal the mind and emotions and also the effects in the physical body with the Truth. (Remember truth always brings light). His Word contains both truth and light and the Holy Spirit brings life for refreshing in resurrection power.

Ps. 107: 19 Then they cry unto THE LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Job 33: 28: “He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
29 Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man,
30 To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.”

Ps.36: 9 “For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.”

John 8:2; John 12:35,36; Acts 26:18; Eph.5:8-14; 1 John 2:8;
Jer. 17:4
